At the Apollo Cargo Alliance, we think that our cocktail night on the first night of the Annual Global Conference is the perfect way to ease into the busy conference schedule in a relaxed atmosphere.

With most of our network members united in one place, we always take the opportunity to update everyone on our latest benefits and network news. We also give the opportunity to our trusted partners to present themselves as well as their services.

The best way to discover Antwerp in a short amount of time? A guided city tour, which will takes you past past some of the most important highlights, buildings and areas in town.  A couple of things you can expect to see during this tour:

  • Palace of Justice
  • Zuid Area

Say Belgium, and chocolate immediately comes to mind. Belgian chocolate is world famous. The love story between this small country and the sweet delight has been thriving for generations.

In 14 thematic rooms, the Chocolate Nation museum takes you on a 60 to 90 minutes journey and tells you the story of our Belgian chocolate. The tour starts in the cocoa plantations of the equator and follows the cocoa bean to world’s largest cocoa storage port in Antwerp. A gigantic fantasy machine demonstrates how chocolate is made and where the velvety smooth taste originates from.

During your tour through the museum, you will find chocolate traditions, history, brands, products and innovations that have built its worldwide reputation.


Situated next to the historic Pomphuis and only a stone’s throw of the even more impressive Port House, our exlusive evening dinner at De Ark will treat you to the best of Belgian cuisine while enjoying the company of your fellow Apollo participants.

When you go aboard De Ark, you immediately enter a spacious entrance hall. On the left, you will find the glass tower block with a terrace on the first floor, offering a splendid view over the harbor. A large multifunctional hall consisting of several platforms is located to the right of the entrance hall. 


Our one-2-one sessions are the ideal occassion to get to know your fellow members, create new business relationships and strenghthen existing ones. Thanks to our “speed dating” concept, you will have exactly enough time with each agent before moving on the next.

With the help of our handy online scheduler, you can decide who you want to meet with and schedule all of your meetings before you arrive to our Annual Global Conference. On top of that, our one-2-one scheduler ensures you will not miss any of your meetings.
